What we monitor
The status above reflects a live check of the application and database, payments, email delivery, and rate-limiting backends. Errors are continuously tracked, and automated circuit breakers shed load from a failing dependency so a single provider issue does not cascade. This page reads the same health signal our own monitoring uses.
Uptime target
Our target is 99.5% monthly uptime, with incident-notification timelines and service credits defined in the Service Level Agreement. We do not publish a synthetic historical uptime graph; the live check above is the honest present-state signal.
Scheduled maintenance
We avoid maintenance during active tournaments. When planned maintenance is required, we schedule it for low-traffic windows. Scoring is built to keep working through brief interruptions — see Event-Day Reliability.
