The deepest, most battle-tested tournament engine (formats, flights, full GHIN, 11k+ clubs). If you need USGA-grade depth + scale, it's the standard.
foreUP
If you run a course on foreUP, tournaments plug straight into your tee sheet, POS, and customer profiles — one system, winnings posted to player accounts. The trade-off (stated plainly): the tournament module is powered by BlueGolf and sold only as part of the all-in-one suite — there's no standalone tournament purchase, so the ✓'s above for foreUP assume you've adopted the broader platform.
GolfStatus
Purpose-built for nonprofit fundraisers: free for 501(c)s, with strong sponsorship-package and donation tooling and an established nonprofit network.
Squabbit
Remarkably full-featured for free, with no limits: 30+ formats, WHS/GHIN handicaps, Stripe registration, sponsorships, QR/no-app scoring. If price is the deciding factor and you don't need a public API, an invitation→RSVP→delivery funnel, a contacts CRM, or a commercially-supported product with an SLA, it's hard to beat.
