Best for charity organizers who lead with fundraising.
Golf Pad Events
A free, cloud-based tournament manager that piggybacks on the popular Golf Pad GPS app for real-time scoring, live/TV leaderboards, automatic pairings, and Handicap Index lookup. - Racing to "free with no support" — we keep a real, funded product behind your event (charity events still run free).

Squabbit

Birdease
An established charity-first platform with deep fundraising tooling — online auctions with mobile bidding, hole-level sponsorships, tax/FMV receipts, and email + text marketing — at a flat $299/event. We have auctions and mobile bidding too, but Birdease has operated in this space since 2009. If your event is fundraising-first and you want the most seasoned toolset, it's worth a look.
Golf Pad Events
The on-course consumer experience is deeper: Golf Pad GPS is a top-rated native golfer app (10M+ users) whose 3D green maps, automatic shot/club tracking, and Apple Watch support we don't match — we put front/center/back green yardages into tournament scoring, but not that consumer depth. Its organizer tool is fully free with a polished live TV leaderboard. If you want a no-cost, scoring-focused tool tied to a mature consumer GPS app (and don't need fundraising, a public API, or our live team-position map), it's a strong pick.
EventCaddy
A deeper purpose-built fundraising and commerce stack — mobile silent auctions, an online store (mulligans, raffles, branded apparel), online sponsor-package sales, a single-screen revenue P&L, and a white-glove Elite tier that builds your event site and offers live business-hours support. For a fundraising-first charity event, that depth and done-for-you service exceed ours.
