File size limit
Maximum file size is 5 MB. Most logos are well under this — a typical PNG logo is under 500 KB.
Image dimensions and shape
There's no minimum or maximum pixel dimension required, but the logo is displayed at 30×30 pixels on the scorecard ad banner. Square logos (1:1 ratio) look best. Very wide or very tall logos will be cropped or appear smaller.
Background tips
The ad banner has a warm amber/gold background color. A PNG with a transparent background lets your logo sit naturally on the banner. A logo with a white box behind it will show the white rectangle against the banner color — it works but looks less polished.

Log into your sponsor portal at scramblesync.com/sponsor
Enter your sponsor code from the organizer's invite.
Tap the logo upload area
Choose your image file from your phone's photo library or your computer's file picker.
Your logo saves automatically
The portal shows a preview of how your ad will look on the golfer scorecard. If something looks off, tap Remove logo and upload a different file.
Frequently asked questions
My upload failed with 'That file isn't a supported image'.
The file you selected isn't a PNG, JPG, WebP, or GIF — or it may be corrupted. Try saving or exporting the logo in one of those formats from your design tool or phone.
My upload failed with 'File must be under 5 MB'.
Your logo file is too large. Use an image compressor (search 'compress PNG online') to reduce the file size below 5 MB, then try again.
The logo looks blurry on the preview.
The preview scales the image to fit the 30×30 display size. If your original logo is very small (e.g. 30×30 px), try uploading a higher-resolution version (at least 100×100 px) for a crisper result.
Can I remove the logo after uploading?
Yes. In your sponsor portal, tap Remove logo. The ad will revert to showing your name only.
