Invoices and receipts
Quick answer
Your invoices are listed in Settings → Billing. Each invoice shows the date, amount, and status. Click "View / PDF" next to any invoice to open the Stripe-hosted receipt, which you can save or print. You can also access the full Stripe billing portal — including all past invoices — by clicking "Manage billing" on the same page.

Scroll down past your current plan details. Your most recent 12 invoices are listed, with date, amount, and status (Paid, Open, etc.).
Open an invoice
Click "View / PDF" on the right side of any invoice row. This opens the Stripe-hosted invoice page where you can view the full receipt and download a PDF.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get an invoice in my company's name?
The invoice reflects the billing name associated with your Stripe payment method. You can update the billing name in the Stripe Customer Portal via Manage billing → Billing information.
I don't see any invoices — why?
Invoices only appear once you have a Stripe subscription or Per Event purchase on file. If you signed up but haven't completed checkout, no invoices will appear yet.
Can I get a W-9 or vendor form from ScrambleSync?
Email [email protected] and we'll get you what you need.
