ScrambleSync has four paid plans and a free Charity plan. Per Event ($149 one-time) covers a single tournament. Season ($790/year) gives you unlimited events plus series standings. Pro ($240/month or $2,400/year) and Pro + Payments ($360/month or $3,600/year) add the ScrambleAI assistant, brackets, and — for Pro + Payments — the ability to collect online registration fees.

A note on the fundraising rows: the silent auction (mobile bidding) is available on every plan by default. Donations, the add-on store, and raffles are bundled with Pro + Payments and the Charity plan. The Charity row above is the verified-nonprofit designation itself — a free plan that bundles the full fundraising suite (donations, auctions, raffles, sponsor packages) with no ScrambleSync co-branding — rather than a separate feature.
Annual vs. monthly billing
Pro and Pro + Payments can be billed monthly or annually. Paying annually saves you two months compared to monthly: Pro saves $480/year ($2,400 vs $2,880), and Pro + Payments saves $720/year ($3,600 vs $4,320).
Changing or canceling your plan
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. See the article "Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel" for step-by-step instructions.
Frequently asked questions
Does Per Event expire?
No. Your Per Event purchase covers that tournament indefinitely — there is no time limit on using it.
Can I run multiple events on a Per Event purchase?
No. A Per Event purchase covers one tournament. If you need to run additional events, you can purchase another Per Event or upgrade to Season or Pro.
Is there a free trial?
There is no time-limited trial. Charity and nonprofit organizations can apply for a free Charity plan at scramblesync.com/charity-apply.
Do golfers or sponsors need to pay?
No. Golfers and sponsors never pay for a ScrambleSync account. Registration fees (if any) are set by the organizer and go directly to the organizer via Stripe — those require the Pro + Payments plan.
