Who qualifies
The Charity plan is for registered nonprofits and charitable organizations — for example, 501(c)(3) organizations in the US, registered charities in Canada, or equivalent organizations elsewhere. It is not available for for-profit businesses or individual organizers running personal events.
How to apply
Go to scramblesync.com/charity-apply
Fill out the application form. Required fields are your organization's name and a contact email address.
Provide optional details
Adding your EIN / 501(c) number, website, and a brief description of your organization helps us verify your application faster.
Submit the form
Click "Submit application". You'll see a confirmation message on screen and receive a follow-up email at the address you provided.
Wait for review
We review all applications manually. You'll hear back within a few business days. If approved, your account will be provisioned on the Charity plan automatically.
What the Charity plan includes
The Charity plan includes unlimited events, series and season standings, sponsor packages, the donations and add-on store module, and raffles — the same fundraising toolkit available on Pro + Payments, minus the online registration payments module and ScrambleAI assistant.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the application review take?
We aim to review applications within a few business days. If you haven't heard back after five business days, email [email protected] with your organization's name.
Do I need to provide my EIN?
It's optional but speeds up the review. If you're outside the US, provide whatever your country's equivalent charitable registration number is.
Can a for-profit company with a charity arm apply?
The Charity plan is for the charitable entity, not the for-profit parent. Contact [email protected] to discuss your situation.
What happens if we lose nonprofit status?
The Charity plan requires ongoing nonprofit status. If your status changes, contact [email protected] and we'll work with you on next steps.
