Buy another event credit (Per Event plan)
Quick answer
On the Per Event plan, a card at the top of your dashboard shows how many event credits you have left, for example 1 event credit remaining. Each credit lets you create one tournament. To add one, the account owner (Admin) clicks Buy an event ($149) and pays on the Stripe checkout page. Once the payment goes through, the count goes up by one.

Overview
Per Event is pay as you go. Each purchase gives you one event credit, and each new tournament uses one credit. Your dashboard keeps count.
Who this is for
Organizations on the Per Event plan. Only the account owner (Admin) can buy a credit. Season, Pro, Pro + Payments and Charity plans don't use credits, so they don't see this card.

Open your dashboard
The event credits card is at the top, above Your tournaments.
Click Buy an event
The button shows the price, $149. It says Redirecting… while we open checkout.
Pay on the Stripe checkout page
Enter your card and pay. If we've given you a promotion code, you can add it here. When sales tax applies, Stripe adds it as its own line.
Check your count
You come back to your dashboard and see You're all set! The card shows one more credit once Stripe confirms the payment. If it hasn't changed yet, refresh the page after a minute.
Each purchase adds one credit. To get two, buy twice. If you leave the checkout page without paying, you come back to your dashboard and no credit is added.
How a credit gets used
- A credit is used when you create a tournament, either from the new event form or with Duplicate on an existing event.
- If the event can't be created partway through, the credit goes back to you.
- Deleting an event afterward doesn't give its credit back.
Tips
- Buy your credit before event day, so you can set up the event when you're ready.
- Not the account owner? Ask your Admin to buy the credit for your organization.
