Quick answer
Go to scramblesync.com/courses, search for your course, and if it isn't there, use the Don't see your course? form near the bottom. Type the Course name, pick the State, add an optional City and Email, and click Request this course. The page says we'll onboard it within 2 business days.

Overview
When you create a tournament you pick your course from our catalog, which sets the par and handicap for each hole. If your course isn't in the catalog yet, you can ask us to add it.
Who this is for
Organizers who searched for their course in the New tournament wizard and didn't find it. You don't need to sign in to send the request.
Request your course
Check the catalog once more
In the New tournament wizard, the Course box says Search course catalog…. If nothing matches you'll see No courses found. You can also search at scramblesync.com/courses. If nothing matches there, you'll see No courses match followed by your search and a link that says request it below.
Find the Don't see your course? form
On scramblesync.com/courses, click the request it below link, or scroll to the bottom of the page.
Fill in the form
Type the Course name and choose a State (both are required). Add the City if you like. Add your Email if you want us to tell you when the course is added.
Click Request this course
The button changes to Submitting…. When it's done you'll see Thanks! We'll onboard followed by your course name and within 2 business days. If you gave an email, a second line says We'll email you when it's live.
Start your tournament
Once the course is in the catalog, create your tournament and pick it from the Course box. The wizard won't let you continue until you pick a course from the list.
What happens next
Your request goes to the ScrambleSync team. We try to build the course from public map data. If that works and there's enough hole data, the course is added to the catalog and, if you left an email, you get a message with the subject your course name followed by is now on ScrambleSync. If there isn't enough data, the request stays open so our team can add the course by hand. That route doesn't send an automatic email, so search for your course again or contact support if you haven't heard back.
Tips
- Use the course's full name, the way it appears on its scorecard or website.
- Only US states are in the State list.
- Add your email so we can tell you when the course is added.
- Request early. You can't create the tournament until the course is in the catalog.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to add a course?
The Courses page says we'll onboard it within 2 business days. If you gave an email, we message you when an automatic add finishes. If you have an event coming up, also contact support.
Can I create a tournament without picking a catalog course?
No. The New tournament wizard needs a course picked from the catalog, because that locks each hole to the course's par and handicap.
I found my course but the par or yardage looks wrong.
Email [email protected] and tell us the course and the hole. If the catalog is wrong we fix it for everyone.
