Invite staff and manage roles
Quick answer
Go to your account's Team page to invite staff by email. There are three roles: Admin (full access, including creating tournaments and managing staff), Manager (can run and edit tournaments but not create new ones or manage staff), and Check-in (teams, players, and check-in only). Only Admins can invite and manage team members.

How to invite a team member
Open the Team page
In the top navigation, click the Team link. This page is only visible to Admin-role users.
Click Invite member
Enter the person's email address and choose their role (Admin, Manager, or Check-in).
Set tournament access scope (Manager and Check-in only)
Choose whether this person can access all your tournaments or only specific ones. Admins always have access to everything.

The person receives an email with a sign-in link. Once they confirm and sign in with their email and password (or a passkey), their role is active immediately.
Roles and permissions

Limiting access to specific tournaments
Managers and Check-in staff can be scoped to specific tournaments instead of all events in your account. This is useful for event-day volunteers who should only see one event. Set the scope when you invite them, or update it any time from the Team page.
Changing or removing a member
On the Team page, use the role dropdown next to any member to change their role instantly. To remove someone, click the remove option next to their entry. Changes take effect immediately.
Frequently asked questions
Can I have multiple Admins?
Yes. You can grant Admin role to as many team members as needed. All Admins have identical full permissions.
What login method do staff members use?
Staff sign in with their email and password at the address you invited, and can add a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, or a security key) for fast sign-in afterward. If social login is enabled for your account, "Continue with Google" and "Continue with Microsoft" are also available — those buttons are off by default, so you may not see them.
Can a Check-in volunteer see scores or financial data?
No. Check-in staff can only access the Teams tab, Players tab, and Check-in page. They cannot view scoring, settings, registration revenue, or other sections.
