Event day check-in
Quick answer
Open the Check-in tab in your tournament to see every player on the roster. Search by name, company, or email, then click Check in to mark them as arrived. Multiple volunteers can check players in simultaneously from different phones and the list updates live across all devices. You can also enable self check-in so golfers check themselves in from a shared link or QR code.

Staff-led check-in
Open the Check-in tab in your tournament dashboard. Every player on the roster is listed alphabetically. Use the search box to find someone by first name, last name, company, or email — then click Check in next to their name. The check mark turns green immediately on every device viewing the list.
If you need to undo a check-in, find the player and click Undo. The check mark clears immediately across all devices.
Multi-day events
For tournaments spanning more than one day, a day selector appears at the top of the Check-in tab. Choose the day you are running to see and manage that day's check-ins independently.
Self check-in
Self check-in lets golfers mark themselves as arrived without a staff member at the table. Turn it on from the Self check-in card on the Check-in tab.
Set a web address first
Self check-in requires your tournament to have a web address (slug). Set one under Overview → Tournament settings if you have not already.
Turn on self check-in
On the Self check-in card on the Check-in tab, click the toggle. It will turn green and a link and QR code will appear.
Share the link or display the QR code
Copy the golfer check-in link to send to players, or display the QR code at your registration table. Golfers enter their name or email and tap Check in — done in seconds.
Team vs. player check-in
The check-in list shows individual players. In scramble format, each member of a foursome checks in separately. In individual stroke-play formats, each golfer is their own entry. The tab header shows a live count of checked-in players vs. total on the roster.
Frequently asked questions
Can I see only the players who have not checked in yet?
There is no filter today — the list shows everyone. Players who are checked in display a green check mark, making unchecked players easy to spot. Use the search box to find specific people quickly.
What if a player is not on the roster?
Add them from the Players or Teams tab before or during the event — they appear in the check-in list immediately.
Can I check in a whole team at once?
In scramble format a Check in team button appears next to each team name, marking all members of that team as arrived in one tap.
