Find sponsor logos and websites automatically
Quick answer
On your event's Sponsors page, click Find logos & websites. We look up each sponsor that is missing a website link or a logo. When we find one clear match we fill it in for you. When we aren't sure, the sponsor shows under needs your confirmation: open the website shown and click Use this if it's right. Logos you uploaded are never replaced. The button only shows if Sponsor Auto-Match is turned on for your account.

Overview
Chasing sponsors for logos takes time. Find logos & websites fills in the gaps for you, using the sponsor's name to find their company website and logo. It only fills blanks, so anything you or the sponsor already added stays as it is.
Who this is for
Admins and Managers on accounts that have Sponsor Auto-Match turned on. It's off unless we turn it on for you, so email [email protected] if you'd like it.
Fill in missing logos and websites
Open Sponsors
In your event, open Sponsors in the sidebar. The button shows only when at least one sponsor is missing a logo or website link.
Click Find logos & websites
It changes to Looking up sponsors… while it works. This can take up to a minute.
Check what was filled in
You'll see Filled in followed by how many sponsors. Look over their logos on the page.
Confirm the rest
Sponsors we weren't sure about are listed under needs your confirmation. Click the website shown to check it's the right company, then click Use this. If none are right, add the logo yourself using the tile next to that sponsor.
Run it again if needed
Each run checks up to 8 sponsors. If you see Checked followed by how many and Run it again to continue., click the button again.
Why some sponsors need a quick look

Frequently asked questions
Will it replace a logo I uploaded?
No. It only fills in a missing logo or a missing website link. A sponsor that already has both is left alone.
Can I undo a logo or website it filled in?
Yes. Click Edit ad on that sponsor. Click Remove to take the logo off or Replace to upload a different one, and change or clear the Website link box, then click Save ad. Remove takes effect straight away. You can also replace the logo with the tile next to the sponsor.
