Sponsors
Quick answer
Go to the Sponsors tab and click Add sponsor. Enter the sponsor name and optionally their contact email, an ad headline, and the hole they are sponsoring. Each sponsor gets a unique access code for their own portal where they can upload a logo, write ad copy, and run hole contests. Logos and ads appear on every player's scorecard at the assigned hole during the round.

Adding a sponsor
Open the Sponsors tab
In your tournament dashboard, click Sponsors in the left sidebar.
Fill in the Add sponsor form
Enter the sponsor name (required). Optionally add their contact email, an ad headline, and a hole assignment. Leave hole blank to make the sponsor event-wide.
Click Add sponsor
The sponsor appears in the list with their unique access code.

The sponsor portal
Every sponsor has a unique access code visible in their row on the Sponsors tab. You can share it directly or click Send invite to email it. The sponsor opens the portal with that code — no ScrambleSync account needed — and can upload their logo, write ad copy, run hole contests (closest to pin or longest drive), and file incident reports.
Sponsor packages
If sponsor packages are enabled on your account, a Packages section appears at the top of the Sponsors tab. Create tiered packages (for example Gold, Silver, Bronze) with a name, price, list of benefits, and optional inventory limit. Assign each sponsor to a package from their row. Packages help you track sponsorship revenue and sold vs. remaining inventory.
Frequently asked questions
How does a sponsor upload their own logo?
Give them their access code or click Send invite to email it. They visit scramblesync.com, enter the code, and upload their logo from the portal — no ScrambleSync account required.
Can two sponsors share the same hole?
Each sponsor is assigned to one specific hole or set as event-wide. Multiple event-wide sponsors rotate on the scorecard. Assigning two sponsors to the same numbered hole is not currently supported.
What is a hole contest?
Sponsors can run closest-to-the-pin or longest-drive contests from their portal. Golfers see the contest prompt on their scorecard at that hole and can submit their result. The sponsor reviews entries in their portal.
