Show sponsorship packages on your event page
Quick answer
On the Sponsors tab, click + Add package under Sponsorship packages and fill in the name, price, benefits and slots. Your packages then show on a public page at /e/your-event-address/sponsorships, with how many slots are left. Packages are sold offline: the page has no online payment.

Overview
Sponsorship packages are the tiers you offer, like Title Sponsor, Hole Sponsor or Beverage Cart. Businesses can see them on a public page with the price, the benefits and how many slots are left. When a business says yes, you collect payment yourself and then assign the sponsor to the package.
Who this is for
Organizers selling sponsorships for their event.
Create your packages
Open the Sponsors tab
Click Sponsors in the sidebar and find the Sponsorship packages card.
Click + Add package
A form opens for your first tier.
Fill in the details
Enter a Package name, a Price in dollars (0 means complimentary), optional Benefits (shown on the sponsorship listing), Slots available (leave blank for unlimited), and a Display order.
Click Add package
The package shows in your list with its price and how many are sold. Repeat for each tier.
Assign sponsors to a package
Each sponsor in your list has a Package dropdown. Pick the package, or No package. Each sponsor you assign uses up one slot, and the available count goes down on your Sponsors tab and on the public page.
Share the public page
Your packages are listed at scramblesync.com/e/your-event-address/sponsorships, where your-event-address is the address of your event page. Share that link with businesses by email or on your website. ScrambleSync doesn't add a link to it anywhere else, so you share it yourself.
The page shows your event name and course, then each package with its name, price (or Complimentary), benefits, and one of these: Sold out, a count like 2 of 5 available, or Open — unlimited slots. At the bottom it says Interested in sponsoring? The organizer will share how to reserve your sponsorship package. Packages are sold offline — there is no online payment on this page.
The page refreshes about once a minute, so a change can take up to a minute to appear.
Edit, hide or remove a package
- Click Edit on a package to change it. Untick Show on public sponsorship listing to hide it from the public page. It then shows a Hidden badge in your list.
- Click Remove and confirm to delete a package. Sponsors assigned to it are unassigned, not deleted.
Tips
- Put the biggest package first by giving it the lowest Display order.
- Set Slots available so the public page shows when a tier is sold out.
- Write Benefits as short lines, such as logo on the banner or a hole sign. Line breaks are kept on the page.
