Photos
Quick answer
After a team captain signs their scorecard, the scorecard app prompts the team to take or upload a group photo from their phone. Every submitted photo lands in the Photos tab of your tournament dashboard, labeled with the team name and submission time. You can view any photo and delete it from there.

How photos are submitted
Photos are submitted by golfers as part of the scorecard sign-off flow. After the team captain signs, the app prompts the team to take or upload a group photo from their phone camera. The photo uploads immediately and appears in your Photos tab. No app download or account is required — the camera opens in the phone browser.
Viewing photos
Open the Photos tab in your tournament dashboard. Photos appear in a grid sorted by submission time, newest first. Each photo shows the team name and the time it was submitted. The count badge on the tab updates in real time as photos arrive.
Removing a photo
Click Remove on any photo and confirm the prompt. Removing a photo deletes it for everyone — it disappears from the gallery immediately and the action cannot be undone.
Photo wall on the recap page
Submitted photos are shown on the public event recap page as a photo wall after the round ends. The photo wall is on by default. You can turn it off under Settings → Engagement → Photo wall if you prefer to keep photos private.
Frequently asked questions
Where do golfers see the photos after the event?

Can I download all the photos at once?
There is no bulk download button today. You can open each photo individually in your browser and save it from there.
Is there a limit on how many photos can be submitted?
No hard limit. Each team can submit one photo at scorecard sign-off.
