Donations and the add-on store
Quick answer
Donations go live from the Donations tab — toggle them on, optionally set a goal, and share the public link. Add-ons (mulligans, raffle tickets, dinner tickets) are set up as products in the Registration tab under Add-on. Golfers buy them during registration checkout.
On this page
Accepting direct donations
Open the Donations tab
In your tournament dashboard, click Donations in the left sidebar.
Turn donations on
Click Turn on donations if the toggle shows donations are off. This creates the public donation page at /e/your-event-address/donate.
Set a fundraising goal (optional)
Enter a dollar amount in the Goal amount field and click Save goal. A thermometer graphic appears on the public donation page showing progress toward the goal in real time.
Share the public link
Copy the public link shown on the Donations tab and share it via email, social media, or your event website. Donors can give any amount without a ScrambleSync account.
The Donations tab shows a table of every donation with donor name, email, amount, status (paid or pending), and the date. Paid donations count toward the thermometer total. Donors can optionally leave a message with their donation.
The add-on store
Add-ons are extra items golfers can purchase alongside their registration — mulligans, raffle ticket books, dinner tickets, merchandise, or anything else you want to sell. They appear in the registration checkout flow.
Open the Registration tab
Click Registration in the left sidebar.
Add an add-on product
Under Products, click Add product, then select the Add-on tab (labeled Add-on (mulligan, raffle, merch…)). Enter the name, price, and an inventory limit if needed.
Mark as raffle (optional)
If the add-on is a raffle product, check the This is a raffle product box. This links it to the Raffle draw tool so you can draw winners from paid ticket holders.
Save and go live
The add-on appears immediately in the public registration checkout once registration is enabled.
Frequently asked questions
Can someone donate without registering for the tournament?
Yes. The public donation page (/e/your-event/donate) is entirely separate from registration. Anyone with the link can donate — no registration required.
Can I sell add-ons at check-in on the day of the event?
Add-ons are sold through the online registration checkout only. There is no cash or on-site payment tool in ScrambleSync today.
How do I see what each registrant purchased?
The registrations list on the Registration tab shows each registrant's total amount paid. A full line-item breakdown including add-ons is available via Export CSV.
