Run as many tournaments as you want for one annual fee. Also includes series and season standings — great for weekly or monthly leagues. Season is billed annually only (no monthly option).
Pro — $240/month or $2,400/year
Everything in Season, plus the Scramble AI assistant, match-play brackets, and sponsor packages. Scramble AI is a chat panel where you can ask questions about your live event (standings, check-in status, flagged scores) and make changes — move a team's starting hole, fix a score, check a player in — all with a one-tap confirmation step.
Pro + Payments — $360/month or $3,600/year
Everything in Pro, plus online registration with Stripe. Teams register and pay directly into your connected Stripe account. Includes custom registration forms with conditional fields (shirt size, handicap, dinner, non-golfer attendees), player auto-creation on payment, and a revenue dashboard.
Charity / Nonprofit — free
Verified 501(c) nonprofits run their events free with no co-branding requirement. Apply through the charity on-ramp during signup. Contact support if you have questions about eligibility.
Frequently asked questions
Can I upgrade from Per Event to a subscription?
Yes. Upgrade at any time from your billing settings. If you've already paid for a Per Event credit you haven't used, contact support and we'll credit it toward a subscription.
Is online registration included in all plans?
Online registration with Stripe payment collection is only on Pro + Payments. All other plans support golfer self-service scoring and check-in, but not payment collection through ScrambleSync.
What qualifies for the free nonprofit plan?
Verified 501(c)(3) and similar registered charities qualify. Apply through the charity on-ramp at signup. We verify your status before activating the free plan.
