What golfers see on your public event page
Quick answer
Your public event page is the link golfers open from your invite. It shows your event name and course, a Register & pay button (only when online registration is on), a Join your team button, and a View live leaderboard link. Donations, the auction, the recap and sponsorship packages are separate pages with their own links.

Overview
Every event gets a public page at scramblesync.com/e/your-event-address. The address is made from your event name plus a few extra letters and numbers. Anyone with the link can open it. No login is needed.

Organizers who want to know what golfers and fans will see before they share the link.
What is on the page
- Your event name and golf course.
- A small badge that says Live now while your event is live, and Golf event the rest of the time.
- Register & pay: only shows when online registration is turned on for the event. It opens your registration form.
- Join your team: opens the scoring screen where a golfer enters the code on their team card or scans the QR code.
- View live leaderboard: opens the public leaderboard.
- A reminder line under the buttons: Enter the code on your team card, or scan your QR.

These are not buttons on the main page. Each one has its own link, so share the one you want. The table says where to find each link in your event.

Tips
- Test the page on your own phone before you send it out.
- If the Register & pay button is missing, online registration is off. Open the Registration tab and click Enable online registration.
- If the event belongs to a demo account, a green strip at the top says it is a demo event and not a real tournament, and the event name starts with DEMO.
- On ScrambleSync's own sample event, the Join your team button reads Try scoring (demo team) and opens a sample team's scorecard without typing a code.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't golfers see a Register button on my event page?
The button only shows when online registration is turned on for the event. Open the Registration tab and click Enable online registration.
Can I change what is on my event page?
The event name and course come from your event settings. The buttons are fixed, and only the Register & pay button changes depending on your registration setting.
Where do I find the link to my event page?
It is scramblesync.com/e/ followed by your event address. The quickest way to see your address is the Player leaderboard link under Live links on the Scoreboard tab: take off /leaderboard at the end and you have your event page.
