Manual team score entry
Quick answer
From the Scoreboard tab, expand the 'Enter a team score by hand' section to pick a team and enter their score. You can enter a final gross total or go hole by hole. Manual entry is available for scramble events; best ball events use per-player scores instead.

How to enter a score manually
Open the Scoreboard tab
In your tournament dashboard, click the Scoreboard tab.
Expand the manual entry panel
Scroll down and click 'Enter a team score by hand' to expand the entry form.
Select the team
Choose the team from the dropdown. If a manual total is already saved for them, it shows next to their name.
Choose an entry mode
Pick 'Final total' to enter one gross score for the whole round, or 'Hole by hole' to enter a score for each hole individually.
Save
Click Save total (or Save scores for hole-by-hole). The score appears on the leaderboard immediately.
How manual scores and golfer scores interact
A manual total is used on the leaderboard only if the team has no hole-by-hole scores. Once any hole scores are entered (by the team or by you in hole-by-hole mode), those take over and the manual total is no longer used. To clear a saved total, leave the field blank and click Save total.
Frequently asked questions
Can I enter scores for all teams from paper scorecards before the round ends?
Yes. Enter a final total for each team as cards come in. The leaderboard updates as soon as you save each one.
Will manual scores show on the audit log?
Yes — every score change is recorded in the Audit log tab with a timestamp and the email address of the person who made the change.
